True Air-Gapped
AI Systems
for Critical Infrastructure.

An air gap is a property of the complete system, not a single device. It depends on every data path, network connection, AI service, workflow and maintenance process. Watchman focuses on the architecture around all of them.

For government, healthcare, nuclear, energy and defense organizations. Watchman Vault is one local AI appliance—not, by itself, a verified air-gapped system. Define the boundary and requirements across the full environment before deployment.

When AI can’t
leave the building.

Start with control over your private AI. Extend that control wherever your data goes.

Government agencies, health systems, nuclear and energy operators, defense contractors and large enterprises need control over sensitive information. These are the institutional opportunities we are focused on—not existing customers, deployments, pilots, contracts, partnerships or agency relationships.

Government agencies need clear control over sensitive records, procurement and access. Local AI offers a deployment approach their technology, security and policy teams can assess within an agency-defined boundary.

Operators run controlled and isolated networks. An AI system designed around the full facility boundary fits that posture better than a hosted service.

FitWhat Watchman brings today

A complete system. Not just a device.

Available today Watchman Vault is a local AI compute appliance on customer-owned hardware, available for private purchase. Configurations range from compact appliances for lighter work to DGX Spark-class systems for heavier workloads, subject to written configuration. Vault is one component—not a complete air-gapped system.

For critical infrastructure, define the system boundary across networks and services, data ingress and egress, identity and access, AI dependencies, operator workflows, and the approved software and maintenance path. Watchman Vault may be one compute component inside that larger design.

A device alone does not establish an air gap. System requirements and verification criteria must cover the full environment and be agreed in writing for each engagement. No certification or accreditation claims are made. No demos or trials are offered.

Technology / Air-gapped AI

Air-gapped by system.
Not by device.

A perspective from Brad Flora’s “AI for the Air-Gapped Economy.”

Read Brad Flora’s piece

The whole environment is the boundary.

A true air-gapped AI system is more than a computer with its network cable removed. The agreed boundary must account for connected networks and services, data entering and leaving, model inference and supporting services, operator workflows, identity and access, software dependencies, and the process for installation, updates and maintenance.

Designed as an operating system, not a box.

In “AI for the Air-Gapped Economy,” Brad Flora highlights the need for on-premises models, deployment tools and hardware. Those pieces must work together inside the customer’s operating environment. A system-level engagement defines what is inside the boundary, what may cross it, how information moves, and how the environment stays maintained without unapproved external connections.

Vault is one possible component.

Watchman Vault is a local AI appliance on customer-owned hardware, available for private purchase. It can be considered as the AI compute component within a broader customer-controlled system. Vault alone is not a complete air-gapped system, and local inference does not establish that the surrounding networks, services, data flows or maintenance path are isolated.

A complete system boundary, requirements and verification criteria must be established for each engagement; no Watchman deployment or certification is claimed here. Deployment, security and compliance responsibilities are agreed in writing. Reference to Brad Flora’s writing does not imply his endorsement or affiliation.

An air-gapped deployment must also account for the surrounding network, data paths, connected services, identity and access, workflows, dependencies and maintenance process. NVIDIA Inception membership does not imply NVIDIA endorsement of Watchman Complete or its products.

Supporting technology / Active R&D

Behind the systems.
Research continues.

RevoKeep is Watchman Complete’s own technology powering the Watchman Autonomous AI Controller. A working implementation already runs inside Watchman Vault. Both remain in active R&D; neither is a finished, generally available standalone product.

Our focus is the operating environment: useful AI under the organization’s control. Research supports that work rather than replacing deployment-specific engineering and verification.

Deployment & availability

Straight answers.

What makes an AI system truly air-gapped?
An air gap is a property of the complete operating system, not one AI device. The boundary must account for networks and connected services, all data paths, model inference and supporting services, identity and access, user workflows, software dependencies, and installation, updates and maintenance. Requirements and verification criteria must apply across the system; local inference alone is not proof of an air gap.
How does an air-gapped engagement begin?
Start with a sector briefing or requirements inquiry. Discuss the operating boundary, permitted data, supported workflows, offline dependencies and maintenance controls. Configuration, verification criteria, deployment, security and compliance responsibilities are agreed in writing. No certification, authorization or sector deployment is claimed by this website.
Which product is available now?
Watchman Vault is shipping now and available for private purchase. Contact Watchman Complete to discuss your requirements, configuration, pricing, and purchase arrangements.
What is Watchman Vault?
Watchman Vault is a local AI appliance: AI runs on the customer’s own hardware rather than in someone else’s cloud. It is available for private purchase as a component for an agreed system. Vault alone is not a complete air-gapped system. Discuss supported workflows, connected services, data flows, dependencies and maintenance requirements before purchase.
How do I request a private purchase?
Use the inquiry form and select Watchman Vault, or email Kevin@WatchmanComplete.com. Configuration, pricing, deployment, and service responsibilities are confirmed in writing. An inquiry does not place an order.
