# Watchman Complete

> Watchman Complete — True Air-Gapped AI Systems for Critical Infrastructure. The focus is system-level design for government, healthcare, nuclear, energy and defense: the full network boundary, connected services, data flows, workflows, dependencies and maintenance path. Watchman Vault is a local AI compute component available by private purchase, not a complete air-gapped system by itself.

## Air-gapped systems for critical infrastructure

A true air-gapped AI system is a property of the complete operating environment, not one device. The agreed boundary covers network interfaces and connected services; data entering and leaving; model inference and supporting services; identity and access; operator workflows; software dependencies; and controlled installation, updates and maintenance. Local inference alone does not establish an air gap. System requirements and verification criteria must cover the full boundary. No certification or existing sector deployment is claimed.

## Watchman Vault — shipping now, private purchase

Watchman Vault is a local AI compute appliance for approved organizational documents and materials within an agreed configuration. Its AI runs on the customer's own hardware rather than in someone else's cloud. A working implementation of RevoKeep already runs inside Vault. It is available for private purchase now. Vault is one component, not a complete air-gapped system by itself. Contact the founder to discuss supported workflows, the full system boundary, data paths, access, dependencies, maintenance, delivery and pricing. Do not infer that sector-specific deployment requirements are already met.

## Supporting research

RevoKeep supports the technology story rather than leading the company positioning. It is Watchman Complete's own technology powering the Watchman Autonomous AI Controller. Both remain in active R&D, with a working RevoKeep implementation already running inside Vault. This does not establish air-gapped operation or a finished standalone release. No standalone launch date, public demo or guaranteed early access is offered.

## Claim boundaries

Government, healthcare, nuclear and other sector descriptions are opportunities, not claims of existing sector customers, pilots, deployments, contracts, partnerships or agency relationships. Local AI does not establish air-gapped operation, certification, authorization or compliance. Deployment, security and compliance responsibilities are agreed in writing per engagement. Example workflows are subject to feasibility and human review; sector CTAs request briefings, not demos or trials. Vault configurations range from compact appliances for lighter work to DGX Spark-class systems for heavier workloads, confirmed per purchase. RevoKeep and the Watchman Autonomous AI Controller remain in active R&D.

Research and development does not mean general availability. Product configuration and service commitments are defined by a written agreement. Watchman Complete's NVIDIA Inception membership does not establish NVIDIA endorsement of Watchman Complete, RevoKeep, or Vault.
